Small pets are generally permitted by arrangement. For example, a cat or hamster is not a problem as long as all neighbours can sleep peacefully. Please enquire in advance about larger animals (dogs) – we will review each case individually, as we want to be considerate of all residents.

Yes! High-speed internet via Wi-Fi is included in all apartments and common areas. You don’t need to sign an extra contract – just move in and start surfing. The costs are already included in your rent.

We do not have a minimum rental period, but we value a stable community and long-term tenancies. In exceptional cases (e.g., exchange students for one semester), we are sure to find a solution – just get in touch with us. We would be delighted if you stayed for a long time!

No hidden costs – all additional costs are already included in the rent. Heating, water, electricity, internet, house cleaning, garbage collection – everything is included. So you pay a fixed amount every month and have peace of mind. The only thing you have to pay for yourself, as everywhere else, is the GEZ (broadcasting licence fee).

It’s easy: just download our laundry app to your smartphone. There you can see live which washing machines or dryers are available. You can book a machine, load your laundry, and start the wash cycle via the app. There is a small fee per wash cycle (for electricity/water), which is conveniently billed via the app – no need to collect change! And while you wait, you can chill out or study in the communal kitchen and lounge area.

There are several parking spaces available at the building that can be rented additionally. We want to encourage our residents to use sustainable modes of transportation, which is why we offer a large number of bicycle parking spaces and a car-sharing vehicle. However, there are public parking spaces and parking garages in the surrounding area if you have visitors or need to park your car. Thanks to our central location and car-sharing service, you won’t miss having your own parking space.

Of course – our larger apartments (2 rooms) are perfect for two! You will have plenty of space. Please indicate in your request that you want to move in as a couple. The rent quoted then applies to the apartment as a whole (not per person). For the smaller 1-room apartments, however, we recommend single occupancy so that it doesn’t get too cramped.
