An in-house laundromat with 5 Miele washing machines and 3 Miele dryers (all controllable and bookable via app). High-speed WiFi throughout the building.
Inclusive and accessible:
Our new building is designed to be accessible. All apartments have floor-level showers, and some apartments have additional barrier-free features. There is also an elevator.

A large shared kitchen and a cosy lounge area with a pool table, foosball table, and TV invite guests to gather together.
Mobility & Service:
Numerous secure bicycle parking spaces in the courtyard, with a bicycle repair station. There is also a car-sharing vehicle right next to the building – so you can stay flexible without needing your own car.
