How to rent an apartment
Our rental process is transparent and simple, so you can move in quickly and stress-free. Here’s how it works, step by step:

Send an inquiry
Fill out the short inquiry form and let us know which apartment you are interested in.

Arrange a viewing
Our team will get back to you promptly. Together, we will arrange an appointment for you to view the property. This will give you the opportunity to get to know The Mingle and your potential new home.

Submit application documents
If you like the flat, we will need a few documents from you. These include a self-disclosure form, your identity card, proof of income and/or certificate of enrolment (for students). Don’t worry, we will be happy to help you if you have any questions.

Sign a rental agreement
Once everything has been checked, you will receive the rental agreement—take your time to read through it carefully. We are here to answer any questions you may have. If you agree, sign the agreement. You’re almost done!

Plan your move-in
We will confirm the conclusion of the contract and arrange a handover date. On the move-in date, you will receive your keys, and we will show you around the house and explain how everything works (washing machine app, building services, etc.). You will also receive your landlord’s certificate here.

Welcome home!
Contact person
You will have dedicated contact persons throughout the entire process. Our property management team is on hand to offer advice and assistance—from your initial enquiry to your move-in and beyond. Please don’t hesitate to contact us—we are here to help.
Costs & Deposit
The monthly rent already includes all utilities and high-speed internet—there are no hidden fees. Only a security deposit (usually three months’ rent) is required before moving in, which you will of course get back when you move out if everything is in order.
